Each year the Delaware End-of-Life Coalition seeks Nominees for our Annual Awards. Individuals nominated are those who have made outstanding contributions to improving the care for people at the end-of-life, or those grieving those who have passed.

Nominations may be for any individual who goes above and beyond for those affected. These awards are intended to honor exemplary people – those that take more initiative, work harder, are more caring and thoughtful, and give more of themselves for families and those in need. Each professional nominee must be a current practitioner in the field in which they are being nominated.
